Indian subcontinent is located in South Asia. India is a country that is fabled for the diversities in the culture. Based on the geographical area, India is the seventh largest country in the world and it is the second most populous country.
India shares borders with Pakistan, China, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar and Bangladesh. There are 28 states and seven union territories in India. India hosts major biodiversity. The major export commodities from India are textiles, jewelry, engineering goods and software. Indian constitution distinguishes 23 official languages. However, Hindi and English are used by the Union Government for official purposes.
The conterminous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) can be divided into seven physiographic divisions. One can find few of world’s larger man-made lakes, dams and hydroelectric power plants on the rivers of United States.
